as Burgess owned x.co.uk, he had the option of acquiring x.uk too.

"option" , so does manchesterdentist.co.uk for the .uk , but they have to pay

manchesterdentist.co.uk value = X

x.co.uk = XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

doesn't seem fair to me as both would have to pay the same price to gain the domain.

but once again x.co.uk should have been GIVEN the x.uk even though it may be worth 18mil, same for manchesterdentist.
