Account banned

Several members have just alerted us to a new DNTrade account from a registrar that today started sending multiple unsolicited messages via different methods to some members.

Thanks for the heads up, this type of activity is not accepted and breaks the forum rules so the account has been banned. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I got the spam through the contact form on my site, and a friend request. So they did their homework on the members by the looks.

They followed me on Twitter too, then unfollowed.

Not sure what to make of it since they are an ICANN & CNNIC Accredited Registrar in Hong Kong...?

Hi Bunstar,

It could mean a few things, all the unused or deactivated accounts are put into this group. You might have noticed some of the old admin accounts have the same label too.
