Hi Guys,

Does the Alerts still work?

Because I haven't received an alert in over three weeks, even though I've seen certain domains drop.

Haven't worked properly for me either for a while.

Started getting alerts a day late, then they just stopped working all together.

Hey guys, we came aware this week that there might be a glitch in the system and thanks for your additional information - very sorry that it's been so long!

We are definitely onto it and will report back when all is fixed.

In the meantime, I can't suggest anything other than checking the list daily for your main keywords. I know it is not a perfect solution but we will let you know as soon as the alerts system is up and running again.

I haven't bought or bid on a domain for at least 4-6 weeks.

Used to get a stack of alerts - now barely get 1 or 2 a eek.

It can't be working properly.

As I'm busy with other things - if I don;t get an alert - there is every chance I never check - I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Damn I hope this is working soon. i set up my first alert a few weeks back and really want the domain so I hope it does work

isn't working for me and sorry i should have reported it.

my last alert was 28/5/13 at 2.15pm but i had noticed previously as being inaccurate and i was finding domains on NF which i had alerts for but not being sent so the problem i think started earlier.

if any one else can put in some dates of issues it may help NF fix it quicker.

Thanks so much Tim - all information is very helpful. This is our number one priority guys and we think we've found the bug - Ant will run some tests today and I'll report back later.

Guys - we are back in the business of alerts! Our system tells us that every alert has been successfully sent today.

Again, sincere apologies for the inconvenience - please let me know if you should have problems with the alerts in the future.
