so i phone them, i actually got answered quite quickly ! to my surprise, the reseller .com.au is $10 p/a so they are still 5cents short.

so that was a waste of time, the person was hard to understand ( read into that what ever you want ) and JUST couldn't get that the website statement was not correct.

i didn't want a hassle, it was just pure interest for me to hear how they handle it.

Not only their reselling statement
their website home page says - "instant domain approvals" ... I tried to register a .net.au domain as they are the cheapest,, I had to wait two days it to be registered...
