I've been to 2, bootcamp and then the real deal full on one. I recommend both at which level you are at in seo ( speaking to the masses not you DL )

I think it was September last year in Melbourne I went with chris and it was full on knowledge + all the speakers are available to chat about specifics during the breaks, they are all great people and some high rolling knowledge comes out.

Depends what you are looking for, I have been to the last 3 SMX Sydney events. I even spoke at the last one. It is worth it for a 1000, the only downside is that much of the content is focused to the US market it would be good too see more Australian based content, but that been said you can adapt most of the tactics for Australian markets.

yes the last one was USA and EU and some of the tactics I think aussies just don't like but the theories still are valid.

Overall conference was pretty decent, a few good pieces of information here and their. Was good to catch up with mates from the industry old and new. Also good to see Luke their, David what happened too you didn't see you?
