Australian cities listed in the World’s Top Startup Ecosystems

Australia took place in the top 20 startup ecosystems, this is a big deal in my opinion and really puts things into perspective - especially given the past 24 hours with the whole Click Frenzy thing.

Today, the Startup Genome released the first half of its massive 160-page report on the world’s top startup ecosystems.

Here are the top 20, in order:

Just take a visit down to fishburners in sydney and you will see that the start up vibe is alive an happening in Sydney.

Also their was a funny article recently about re naming "Surry Hills" to "Silicon Hills" due to all the start ups in that area.
