Hey it's been a day and a half since i initiated a cor to netfleet for a name i have sold, as yet i have not received any emails and yesterday i did a support ticket to find out why ........as yet it has not been answered?

I need to know as soon i will have an anxious buyer seeking to have their name, i understand it can take up to 48hrs but from memory i received an email much sooner last time to get the ball rolling

I have responded to your ticket... for others when a COR is in state INVITE NEW, means we have invited the new registrant (buyer) and are waiting for them to click the link.

Please note the support ticket was replied to yesterday explaining that because the wrong email was used the buyer cannot accept ........ however i am unable to delete and start again with the correct email.

Please respond to support ticket or amend to the correct email (supplied in the ticket)

Hi Spacey,

Thanks for your feedback, I think we will add a button to allow you to cancel a Change of Registrant when it is still in the initial stage since this is the most common place for errors to occur.

I also plan to add an option to allow either party to resend the email to the other party which again would have saved you a ticket.

The thing is with a new to the industry buyer it was hard to get them to pay first and when something goes astray ........ there is panic and mistrust so it would be good to have the option of the above to get things back on track .......cheers
