Hey all,

Quick question; I've got my eye on some domains with great search stats but they are hyphenated .net.au so I'm unsure. Here are the domains (names hidden of course) so please give me your honest opinion :)

XXXXXXXXXX-X-XXXX.net.au - 720 exacts @ $9.31
XXXXXXXX-XXX.net.au - 1300 exacts @ $10.57
XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXXXX.net.au - 880 exacts @ $5.17

Wow, they have such good metrics :(

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

They don't strike me as anything great.

Then discount the value due to the net.au by about 1/10th, then the same for the hyphen.

So to me they are about 1/100th as valuable as an EMD .com.au with no hyphen. If the .com.au EMD is worth $200 then these to me would be valued at $2. And rego costs more than that.

Why not put in two hyphens? The metrics would be good on that aswell, at some point extension/hyphens sucks value down to zero. Gut feel is we are at that point.

I have a hyphenated.net.au with 2400 exacts and 33000 phrase match

$24 a click and it has had 0 interest on AMA.
