Twitter's Newest Design

Twitter has just rolled out its newest design/user-interface which aims to simplify things a bit with four prominent tabs — Home, Connect, Discover and Me. Full details here - http://fly.twitter.com/

Hopefully these changes will make it more accessible to users who are a bit stumped by Twitter when they sign up and feel it is pointless because it's use isn't obvious at first. It has a positive outlook given it's growth is being driven by young people.

I love Twitter and hate Facebook. Ignoring any marketing value of the two, Twitter is far superior. On Twitter, I can follow people, topics, news and anything else I'm interested in. On Facebook, all you get is people letting you know which coffee shop they're at as well as their favourite quote of the week as they're too dense to think of any themselves (I really hate Facebook!).

I'm not an expert on either FB or Twitter, and I have to say for a while there I was really stumped on how to use Twitter properly. I've been slowly experimenting with it, and this new design makes it so much easier.

And I'm with you - I'm not really a fan of FB. But apparently it seems to be a necessary evil for social media marketing.

You're welcome Admin. I also like its new version. The design has been simplified which makes me easy to connect with my friends and discover new tweets I find interesting.
