I use Interspire. Which is the non hosted version.

By far one of the best eCommerce platforms I've used.

Bit pricey tho

I know Interspire very well having been a partner and customer for a number of years now and can promise you that they treat their customers like absolute crap.

If you want a good indication about how current and ex-customers view the company read this open letter to Interspire that I wrote about a year ago. Unfortunately since then things have only gotten worse and BigCommerce is starting to lose customers in droves over exactly the same sort of issues.

I agree with Dave
They have gone to a hosted model and not supporting resellers like they used to, forgetting the complexities of ecommerce and not one size fits all.

In all the things I have ever been involved in, ecommerce to me is the most complex and requires a good deal of research before committing to a product. Even to the point where although I have been an advocate of one technology, and have a FREE support forum for a commercial ecommerce product that hooks into it, we have just installed another server so I can work with Magento because of the incredible variations that a store requires.

And yes - interspire's support is poor. We used their email marketing tool but I have now decided not to renew licenses for it, and have purchased other products because it's very important that you get support from the developer if you do not code yourself.

Well, in that case - I'm going with what I was going to write before.:

I've never heard of Interspire.
