Frozen / couldn't log on

Don't know if this happened to anyone else, but I got frozen out today with 2 minutes to go?

So I closed down, and tried reloading. Wouldn't resolve.

Just me and my computer - or did it affect others?

Happened to me too however managed to reload/login with seconds/minute to spare (and bid). Lucky.
