wow-buying .au domains?

I never knew i was so complicated. Do you have to have a business to buy .au domain names?
If not how do you purchase them? It is asking for a abn

You need one of the following:

1. ABN
2. ACN (a Pty Ltd company number)
3. A State Registered Business Number
4. A Trade Mark (or pending TM application).

If you have a Tax File Number, you can apply for an ABN online here:

In most instances, it is approved automatically.
