WordPress Image Compressing Plugin

Does anyone know of a WordPress plugin that will reduce the size of my images ?
There is over 150 and I would like to increase the loading time (they are not all on the frontpage, only 12 at this point

i do it before i upload to the dimenisions i want, i use photoshop but here's 4 other FREE options.

i just like to do the compression myself and the pixel dimension, i suppose its old school but its the way i like it.

Thanks guys, I had already used the first option, it was handy because it allows pics/images already on the site to be optimized and there was heaps of them
