Do we really need the expiry dates to remain a mystery in the AU space?

Now that auDA publish the drop lists surely this makes the data public knowledge to some extent anyway.
 
I'd prefer them to be available. As a domain owner it wouldn't worry me at all, but as a potential buyer it would simplify the decision making process.

I do wonder how much effect it would have on the level of competion for dropping names though.

One things for sure, it would make it easier to manage portfolios with tools such as Robodomain.
