Who gets auda.au domain name?

With auDA proposing the additional competing .au extension who will get the rights to auda.au?

There are thousands of eligible companies and also many AUDA trademark owners including some that predate .AU Domain Name Administration .

I think it was interesting that from the recent survey results that trademark owners were listed by the supply side of the survey as a consideration into who should have rights to .au. Under the current .au criteria and audrp considerations trademarks are not considered to be a first right to a .au domain.
A trademark can be registered in multiple classes which means potentially there could be 10 to 200 trademark owners that would qualify for a .au
Should they have first rights?
Should there be a sunrise period?

I also found it interesting that their is a misconception that currently an ABN is a prerequisite for registering a .com.au domain name. This is 100% not true.
