been to a few lately, sadly, and in hindsight i've found it very interesting on 3 levels.

firstly, i'm starting to think now, S^^T i'm going to die as well
secondly, when it is a husband or wife, its interesting to see which side of the church people sit on, kinda supporting the dead or supporting the alive !
thirdly, what happens after the funeral, some you later get contact from "those close "friends" " and others you just never hear of ever again.

interesting, lessons from death that should be learnt in life.

I've only ever been to one funeral, had to stand outside there were so many people there. A local town hero so to speak, gone too soon.

Victim of one punch gone wrong.

A strangely poignant topic as I received some tragic news last night. I won't have to make the decision posed by Tim, as I am not travelling 11,000 miles for this event.
I am sure that will pose further debate...

bummer

i'm really happy they have switched the term to " the cowards punch " , my son is 5 so i think/hope by the time he goes to a pub its gone, but that may be to much to ask.

stand outside

unfortunately i've had to be in the first row.
