Considering paying for some links on Web Wombat. 1 for link value..possibly minimal. 2. To see if it's possible to rank these listings. 3 See if I can get any traffic from teir search engine/directory.

So wondering if any fellow marketers have used it? Had any success? Seen any boost in serps from their links.

I noticed the da is 71 but their inner pages (that are relevant to me) have no page authority.

yes yes. This is for a site that already has a good amount of content, responsive design and typical conversion based site. I just want more traffic. Can't rely on Google for ever so I want to explore other options.

youtube something, blog about something
