Can anyone recommend a web design company or web designer in australia/us/europe ?

Im after a PSD for the homepage for backpackers.com.au

Im so sick of odesk/freelancer getting spammed by hundreds of applications

Im about to start flipping tables (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻
