Personally if I was on my bicycle and a car drove deliberately towards me in an aggressive manner I'd try get them charged with attempted murder.

Agreed.

But in relation to this event, there is so much "spin" on this story from all sides (pardon the pun!) that I'm not sure what to believe. The cops have left it alone even though the guy made a complaint.

Lawyers will be the only winners as usual.
