Recently 'boat.net.au' for about $33 which thought was rather low

Was this a good catch for immediate development or resale later on ?

What's your view on this drop

boat.net.au doesn't sound right in my head, Id prefer the term 'boats' or 'boating', but still a decent price to pick it up.

Says a lot about .net.au values. Funny if someone put this up for appraisal there would be all sorts of crazy valuations and I bet anyone who said $33 would get some comments.

You could use it for a blog or review site or something, I think it will be hard to work as an ecommerce site.
