Upgrading the Standard Catalogue Sales Pages

So with the recent news that NF are going to be integrating the AMA with Snapper and now have a paperless COR process I have been thinking about more actively marketing some of the domains that I have listed on the NetFleet standard catalogue...

...and the first thing I noticed is generally that the catalogue listing pages don't scream "buy now" as much as the AMA pages do:

http://www.netfleet.com.au/CommercialRealestateMelbourne.com.au

vs

https://www.netfleet.com.au/VirtualRealEstate.net.au

Anyway I just thought it would be awesome if rather than emailing someone who you think might be interested in buying a domain all the reasons why they should make an offer, if we could just direct them to the NF catalogue sales page where they could look into the reasons why they should buy themselves.

I just think that if the NF catalogue pages better facilitated sales process by conveying the value of domains via videos and lists of the domain positives etc I'd be more inclined to send people who enquire about my domains via email to the NetFleet listing.

As it stands, most of the domains I have sold are not done through the NF system, because if a buyer just contacts you via email there is no real reason to send them to your NetFleet listing because it doesn't really make the "selling" proportion of the sale any easier...

Thoughts?

Thanks for your feedback Chris.

The new site is planning to give the standard listings the same look and feel as the AMA single listing pages.
In addition it is going to include the same Netfleet Assisted sales and Change of Registrant process, so you might send potential clients to your listing to make your life easier as we can handle the invoicing.

The target price is also going to be handled like a real BUY NOW price and is going to draw the attention it deserves.

You might have noticed we now integrate both auction and standard listings into the search, http://www.netfleet.com.au/index.php?a=search&term=perth well on the new site they will be further integrated in that there will be BUY NOW buttons in the results listing (like in the full aftermarket auction page https://www.netfleet.com.au/aftermarket-auctions?) and people will be able to place bids directly on auction listings from the search.

BUY NOW prices at Netfleet are going to be very important so it might be worth getting the spreadsheets out and polishing your valuation formula.

Remember the BUY NOW price is important when it comes to getting offers, if it is too high they will just think the seller is crazy and walk away, but equally if you get it right it will form the basis of what they think the value is as they discuss it with business partners and friends before making an offer.
