Udrp Decision By Aussie Panelist

it took them from 1984 to 2001 and they still hadn't registered their domain name ! now they complain.

AND its canary not coca cola ! , next they will make the canary islands change there name ! or perhaps the bird no has to change its name to horatio ?

silly decision.

What did the 500 pound canary say?
(Here Kitty, Kitty!)

Not very good publicity for the judge. Getting a lot of global media & forum coverage they made a mistake in their comments and findings / ruling including legal forums

100% Generic dictionary word. Should have been complaint denied and a go to naughty corner ruling made for complainant wasting everyones time and money

what happened to "domains are registered on first come basis" ..... in policies and complaint handling.

All canaries from now on will be known as 'yellow birds' or is yellow birds a problem as well ?

Excuse my ignorance but why is the dispute in mandarin/chinese for .com UDRP dispute by someone who on the face does not appear to be chinese?

Bad decision - though that happens both ways at times. Sounds like the money saved for only having one panellist backfired.
