To me neither is worth much as you rent/stay at hotels/motels and obviously don't buy them for an overnight stay. If someone were buying a hotel or motel I would think they'd search buy hotel not hotel sales
Agreed, but this is also the sort of industry that probably won't come knocking at your door for the domains very often.Whilst their may not be 1000's of searches a month for either, one converted lead per month could mean 10's of thousands in commissions.....certainly value in both domains from an end users point of view. I would of done more research did you check who owns the .net.au?
I think the company would of paid more...
