davids a remarkable guy, i think his brain runs at a the speed of light !

iteresting points he makes and well worth a read for twitter users.

I personally haven't stepped into twitter, oh gosh horror, but i just haven't solved that process for myself.

i have however secured my childrens names on twitter so it will be interesting if twitter is still around when my presently just turned 4yr old son turns 18

if so his twitter name may be worth a fortune to someone else as do domain names? interesting thought.

buy your name now..... its free

tim

ps: i also have there facebook names LOL

Skimmed the article. I have a personal/music website twitter account that I've been able to drive business through. My company twitter account is pretty hopeless for that, though I have tried it defintly has less cut through.

My company twitter is fairly boring, I mean it has news articles, site updates and the occasional personal tweet. My "personal" twitter is pretty much me, so I say whatever the Fk I want and that seems to work better. When someone says "I need a domain, i need hosting, I need a website" etc I am able to say, yeah I do that, send me a dm or check out xx.com etc and people can relate to me more.

It does have some downsides like them wanting personal support for ever.

On a slightly related note ;)

If you use Twitter, make sure you're following @dntrade for domain related tweets!

Cheers,
Chris
