ticket notifications

    just received @ 35 "closing ticket" notifications, some i'd say are over 2 years old.
    also i'm getting calss from clients who are getting them as well.

    Yup - got a heap too ... looks like someone just updated something which sent out a backlog of stuff. I'm just ignoring them.

    All they did was close the old support tickets in WHMCS which by default triggers the email notification of the ticket being closed.
    They could have obviously just updated the mysql table for tickets to achieve the same result without the stack of emails going out.

    It's ironic that the emails said "As we haven't heard from .." They were infamous for lack of response.
