We hear time and time again the phrase "Good Governance" and "Best Practice" as a key argument in auDA's communications with members and stakeholders.

I would encourage all members and stakeholders to read the following document from the Institute of Company Directors and make your own views.

As with the chair, accepted good corporate governance practice recommends the deputy chair should be an independent non-executive board member and should not also be the CEO
