The perils of not using Adwords and similar sounding names

Was look at buying a retractable hose the other day, there is two brands I was mainly interested in,

"hoselink"

and

"hozelock"

Obviously the two sound fairly similar,

Do a search on google for "hoselock" or even "hoselock.com.au" and you can see how hozelink seems to be eating the other guys lunch with some well positioned and probably not that ethical use of ads,

http://www.google.com.au/#hl=en&saf...ck.com.au&oq=hozelock.com.au&aq=f&aqi=g1&aql=

Ad for hozelockWhy this ad?

Hoselink - Official Site | Hoselink.com.au
www.hoselink.com.au/
Australia's Leading Burst-Free Fittings, Auto Hose Reels & More!
Garden Hoses - Hose Fittings - Complete Range of Products - Deal Of the Week

They've managed to get sitelinks etc so I'd say that ad has very high CTR and is probably taking a lot of business, even says "official site"

Obviously hozelock has a pretty poor search engine people for that to be happening. Talked about getting hosed.
