( my mobile is with Telstra thus why I was on the site )

I didn't do it but I thought why not review someone elses site, after SOOOO many years I think Telstra have finally got it right IMO
    HTML:
    http://www.telstra.com.au
clean, simple obvious, just click on "personal in the nav and scroll over the drop menus in the secondary drop nav, very well laid out for such a HUGE site.

this must have cost them a fortune but to me it looks great, even when I sign in its now more logical

whoever did it congrats from me

I'm a Telstra customer (mobile). It's way, way better than it used to be a few years ago!

A lot easier to navigate (particularly in the user account).

They have a mobile version of the site, and an app so responsive not critical.

Optus also has a nice site at the moment

Yeah I remember a time when Optus and Telstra both had shocking sites, good too see they have picked up the game. I also did a lot of work for Virgin Mobiles site back in the day to get it fixed up but it seems they have changed a bit lol.
