Have you had many offers? If you put up a parking page with a for sale banner, you should get more offers, as not everyone knows to look up the Whois to contact you. It also makes it clear to visitors that the domain is for sale.
There are plenty of endusers for this domain, so you could try doing some outbound marketing if you don't want to wait for a buyer to come to you.
It's also a good name to develop, if like Bacon Farmer said, "you have the time and enthusiasm".

If you are looking at either selling or developing then forget about developing quick smart. Successful development isn't something you do instead going to pub one Friday night, it takes real effort and passion over a number of years.

I've tried, not as easy as I would like though. Gave up before finding one.
