Suggested Bid is the Cost Per Click (CPC) for that term and Links is the number of backlinks.

As Tim says it's best to use a mixture of tools for this sort of data, it can be hit and miss relying on any one source. Look at Google Keyword Planner, SEM Rush etc. for keywords and tools Majestic SEO and Ahrefs for backlinks.
