I'd call it a win, they got media exposure for a site that was in beta only and perhaps $ as part of the undisclosed settlement

I was just thinking to myself how good the old brand was, if you were at a party where someone was talking about making a beer run and was wondering where was the best place nearby, you could just yell "Groggle it!"
