I am not an expert but I would say it would only be worth registration fee.
Very low monthly search volume.
Not really brandable.
No clear business behind the term "consultant business" - bit too ambiguous in my opinion. If it had been businessconsultant.com.au that would be a different story..

Agree with that appraisal. My thoughts for development would be authority site for consultants.

Firstly, I'm not an expert, but happy to share my opinion.
Some of the key things that can determine value (there are other factors, this isn't an exhaustive list):
I don't see any value in the domain, wouldn't bother renewing.

- Term/topic - term isn't used
- Search volume - very low
- Length (number of characters) - long at 18 characters. Shorter domains are easier to sell and typically sell for higher prices.
- Extension - ccTLDs need to be premium terms to be worth investing in, they should also be relevant to the local market.
I don't see any value in the domain, wouldn't bother renewing.

term isn't used: couldn't it be developed as a business which provides consulting/advice to business clients or even a forum for those in consultancy business to participate in a forum where every one can be beneficial from each other by sharing/exchanging experiences.
Search volume: although it's low, but there are quite a few names out there, 100 if not 1000 of domains don't even have a meaning but they are still quite memorable and brand-able. (Google, Webjet, Yahoo...)
Length: Yes I agree they are 18 character long, but they are 2 partially genetic words, the chance of getting mistype is also slim. (ie: hotels combined, budget direct, investment property or property investment)
These are just my simplistic thoughts. un-debatable or arguable.
