Sceenshots into a Word Document

I am working on an ebook and when I put a screenshot into the word document the image becomes blurry? This has happened with both jpeg and png .....any suggestions that I can get my head around, these are the required image formats, cheers

Is it 100% size? If it's resized it will distort.

Resize in Photoshop first, then embed.

Thanks I did do something similar via Paint (resizing and inserting) I have also considered printing out the screenshot and then scanning and reducing the scanned image, cheers
