i did a win update last night and this morning my dvd drive stopped working, i know dvd is dead but still !
anyway, i have a weekly restore point so no big deal except the time to reboot.
its amazing how many computers i go to that don't have restore points ( mostly family !!!!) its something to make sure its happening for you.
LOL, i bet drop and NF had a restore point last week
