Process for getting domain back

Long story short, these guys had their site managed overseas. They didn't get forwarded the renewal (apparently). Domain has been picked up by squatters.

It's an UBU!

Quickest way is to ring auDA; ask to speak to Mark Bouck. Explain it's an UBU (Unauthorised Business Use); and tell him that they are selling shoes on the site.

That's not necessarily going to get your client's the site back though. auDA will ultimately delete the name; and your clients will have to bid on the drops for it.

AUDA needs to properly monitor dropping names, I'm seeing these UBU's selling counterfeit shoes all over the place. Clearly the business model is working for them otherwise it wouldn't be growing.
