Generic one word
Global monthly search
Generic branding
Average cost per click (CPC)
SEO commerical interest
Paid ads for keyword
Hard to misspell?
Monthly parking revenue
Average monthly uniques
Marketability
Industry targets
Core sales prospects
Timeframe to sale
Developed site?
Bonus: Comparison sales (the “gut check”)
#1 rule of sales: Start as high as possible in the food chain (or get an inside referral)
