What do you think is the value of this brandable and SEO friendly domain name? Please advice.

A brandable .com domain with a focus on Australia is a tough sell in a market where .com.au is king.
That said, there is a shopping directory website on the .com.au equivalent, so it might be worth contacting the company who own it to see if they're interested.
