I think the real value is in the singular, not the plural.

Still definitely worth something - probably low $X,XXX. I'd develop it and turn it into an informational site with affiliate links for Paypal, Google Checkout etc. That's where the real money lies in my opinion.

We did some more research on this, and we have now added PaymentGateways.com to our domains to develop (and moved it closer to the front of list) as it has potential to be a gem.
Initially as a minsite but then adding to it over time.
