I've had patiosdecks.com.au for a few years now so what are your thoughts on this

Normally people who builds a deck would want a patio/roof over the top

Personally I wouldn't put any value on this domain. Plural usage is wrong on the first word when used in combination with the second word, and the two words together don't make for a strong commercial term. 'Patios' or 'decks' as stand alone terms are strong, in combination it's nonsense.

Frankly, I would put this in the 'waste of money basket'. I filled a few of these baskets myself a couple of years ago, so I'm speaking from experience

I own Decks.net.au . I cannot recall what I paid for it. I will have some value in the future, not sure how much.

Generally, we do a simple development on the site and then sell advertising.
