Outreach to buyers and the replies you get.

So I have been doing a bit of outreach to sell of some domains I own.

I have been emailing some potential buyers. I find it funny some of the reply's you get from potential buyers...I will share two from today.


Reply from person 1:

This is miserable...

Reply from person 2:

We are not currently looking to acquire any domains.

Good luck in their sale


I mean why does person 1 even need to reply at all...

Person 2 was clearly far more professional...

I know calling these companies is probably a better strategy but the thing is its hard to get contact details from these direct people some times.

I am the other way around.

Had someone email me with a big story how their development plans had gone by the wayside and they were releasing the domain for sale, and went on to ask if I was interested.

I said possibly, and asked how much they want.

No reply in 7 days.

I guess they didn't want to sell it after all.
