Hopefully this will sort out the issues of the domain name needing to be manually moved once a COR is completed.

It is now possible to provide the new VIPControl account you wish to move the domain name to upon completion.

    Mick,

This is an improvement but I think it is not optimal to give this responsibility/functionality to the SELLER. The BUYER is the one who really needs to be given the option to choose the location where the domain ends up after the COR is completed. Your process is already emailing the BUYER to participate in the COR and they come to your site to agree to the terms of the COR etc, can you possibly put this part of the process onto the BUYERS side?

There isn't a way for the buyer to create their own account on our retail side of things during the COR process. We kept the 2 systems completely separate t prevent any advantage our retail side would have over our wholesale for any other resellers so our retail side can only do what our API allows. We don't have any custom functionality that other resellers won't have.

The COR process is all managed from our wholesale platform (branded as retail but thats it) so there isn't a way during that process for a retail account to be created.
