Interesting, but a little strange also.

Note the guy still has his domain .... but the last update to whats going on was 2008. It's now 2012. No word as to if he is still fighting the good fight.

BTW his site looks like a piece of crap, and I personally think he is more interested in fighting than running an actual computer business!

This is the domain equivalent of of a husband and wife having an argument in the middle of a crowded shopping centre, it is at that embarrassing stage. Both at fault, probably both unreasonable and they should have settled a very long time ago. At least the computer guy doesn't have a lot to lose reputation wise. For the car company I'd say writing a check years ago would have saved them far more than it would have cost in confusion, lost sales, embarrassment of having the site looking like that.
