Yesterday was a great day for .co.nz domains in case anyone missed it.

    http://www.netfleet.com.au/auction-history/?date=2013-05-20

    We caught,
    solarpower.co.nz $901
    onlineflorist.co.nz $194
    orderflowersonline.co.nz $10
    and
    samedayflowers.co.nz $10

    Congratulations to the new owners!

For those who don't dabble in .nz yet, it is worth knowing that often valuable domain names in .nz get renewed at the final moment so the domains don't actually drop which is frustrating. This time though the sun came out and the big one dropped.

First time I've seen $10 sales presented as an indication of a hot market. I hate to think what it was like before.

How do .co.nz domains go in the Aftermarkets?

Looks like the switch wasn't turned on again tonight.

Is there a minimum bid amount it needs to be before the nz snapper wakes up?

We have not tried out .co.nz domains in the aftermarket yet. I'll need to do a little research on how the sales process works.

Anyone want to kick start my research and give feedback on a .co.nz sales they have been involved in?

Does anyone have a few domains they are keen to list?

    Hi Anthony,
I'd like to list creditcard.co.nz to see if I get any interest.

It does seem to like bigger domains names.
Caught visit.co.nz last night, a real bargain at only $57.

Last night backpackers.co.nz dropped (and was caught by us).

It fits nicely with our holiday themed .nz catches like caravans.co.nz, bedandbreakfast.co.nz and tents.co.nz.

Looking at the snapper results for the following week, seems snapper runs out of puff by 10pm and can no longer beat anyone else to the punch.
