Half rant / half question...
I'm dealing with Netregistry's support at the moment and it's the most frustrating thing in the world!
I don't normally deal with them, but it's an old caught domain that is still with Netregistry, and the company buying the domain is already a Netregistry client and doesn't want to go through VentraIP (my preferred choice).
I've finished ranting and here's my question since their support can't answer it (or even understand it!):
When initiating a COR and the buyer has given you their Netregistry account reference, is there any way to use this rather than having to enter all of the buyer's info from scratch?
It should be simple but it's not working out that way...
