Netfleet Ownership

Can someone fill in the details here for me as I've lost track of Netfleet's ownership over time. Is Netfleet fully owned by Melbourne IT these days or is it 50/50 as I believe it was with Netregistry before they were taken over by Melbourne IT.

Nah just directing a buyer to a listing and they wanted to know more about Netfleet. I've been using Netfleet for so long that I haven't looked at the "About" page for years but there's no mention of Melbourne IT. It does say partners with Netregistry though. Saying they are a subsidiary of an ASX listed company gives it extra credibility.

I believe Mark Lye still has substantial percentage in it. He was the founder.
