names policy- minority report

    there have been many links put into post to explain peoples opinions, one being the names policy recommendations.
    one part that has been rarely mentioned is a part well towards the end called the minority report, a group of panel members that
    wished to state views other then the main document.
    i think its a MUST READ, if you are reading this then you should read that,
    it starts on page 19 and isn't that long really.

    if you are an auda member you will see the panel result was actually FAR from done and dusted, if you are not an auda member then this
    might help you to become one.
    thanks to those on the minority report to make this available as i have heard it was a real struggle to get it included, without that
    the whole report doesn't properly show the real views of the total panel imo.

    Even in the main report, it's difficult to see how the list of 'pros' outweighs their own list of 'cons'.

    all i can is shorter would be better, but not enough to warrant the total expense
