Noticed this one on the ABC News site.

Cable car company battles local opponent over lookalike website as domains snapped up.
The mtwellingtoncablecar.com.au website address is almost identical to the company's official website mtwellingtoncablecar.com.
The homepages look the same, with similar imagery, layout and colours — but the messages are radically different.

Very interesting; I suspect there's more to this story than a domain dispute.

Perhaps the most controversial shareholder is James Cretan. He owns or effectively controls several hundred thousand shares. He is also the chair of Tourism Tasmania Board, a government department. How he can remain as chair, paid to offer independent advice to the state, and hold shares in a tourism venture would appears a potent conflict of interest. Also, the Director of Tourism Tasmania sits (or appoints a representative to sit) on the Wellington Park Management Trust, which is responsible for managing development within the park.
