It seems that some people are not happy just parking , i did see an article the other day at dnjournal about some companies gearing up for minisite development

One i have noticed is noomle.com , maybe worth a look ?

Yeh you will do a lot better with a small minisite rather than a parked page, both in monetisation and rankings in google. I can tell you that there is a new company coming out soon that is unbelievable priced for bulk domain developing.
