got an email today from a client, he has a big website, domain namesssss + trademarksssss, @ 1000++ staff and a very well know brand.
i found out other businesses were online claiming to be " the prefered supplier to him" so i let him know as i know they aren't.
these suppliers are using google adwords to promote their products of which he gets no benefit on sales
but i didn't expect this reply from him !
"Google will not want to mess with us as we are a large organisation with a CEO who will not brush it under the carpet."
hmmmmmm, i won't be replying to that email
