Sold a token name at flippa for $99, get an email 'sold your name' listing fee $9 however once going through the request payment procedure the amount drops to $65 .........just letting you know you may wish to add a bit extra to cover costs that do not seem apparent

Sold the name for U.S $99 ended up with AUS $61 .............never again, as for the transfer hassles well that 's another story, cheers

International bank transfer was mentioned in an email, they told me they had used flippa escrow? Hate to think of what it would have been without the "cheaper flippa escrow" I made a mistake during the transfer which made for a lot of frustration as well, so overall i don't like selling domains on flippa. Not that i plan to, but i wonder if anyone ever sold on bido? I do prefer the sales house to do all the steps of a transaction, transfer to them then they transfer out and release funds. It's all learning, but dont let that stop all the new namebrokers ....... there's gold in them there hills I tells ya!

So success fee and escrow fees. I think there is a paypal option which for the sale may have been the better way to go when you're not playing for sheep stations
